This system is built to create real exposure, real engagement, and real trust between players and businesses.
⭐ Sponsor Eligibility
Sponsors must:
- Be a legitimate business, brand, or service provider
- Offer a real, deliverable product, service, or gift card
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
- Follow all corporate or franchise marketing guidelines
🎁 Prize Requirements
All sponsor prizes must be:
- Clearly defined
- Honest and deliverable
- Appropriate for a general audience
Prizes may:
- Be split into smaller rewards
- Be used in raffles or post-raffle claims
Prizes may not:
- Require hidden fees
- Be misleading or deceptive
Additional Requirements:
- Sponsor-provided prizes are promotional in nature and have no cash value
- Cash equivalents may not be offered unless explicitly approved
- Sponsors must accurately represent the value, terms, and limitations of any prize
🛠️ Service-Based Prize Rules
Service-based prizes must clearly disclose:
- Scheduling requirements
- Availability limitations
- Expiration dates (if applicable)
- Geographic restrictions
🚫 Restricted Actions
Sponsors may not require participants to:
- Make a purchase
- Sign a contract
- Provide referrals
- Commit to any obligation
This system is built on engagement, not pressure.
🏷️ Branding & Content Usage
All logos, names, and promotional content must be:
- Accurate
- Approved before going live
- Used in compliance with brand guidelines
Sponsors grant Coastal Giveaway & Weichert Realtors | Real Estate Professionals the right to use their:
- Business name
- Logo
- Promotional materials
For marketing and platform purposes.
⚖️ Legal & Relationship Disclosure
- This platform operates as a free promotional rewards system
- No purchase is required to participate
- Sponsors are responsible for their own compliance and tax obligations
No Partnership Clause:
Participation as a sponsor does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with Coastal Giveaway, Weichert Realtors | Real Estate Professionals or its operator.
🧾 Sponsor Responsibility & Liability
- Sponsors are fully responsible for delivering their prizes
- Coastal Giveaway does not guarantee sponsor products or services
- Disputes must be handled directly with the sponsor
Indemnification:
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Giveaway, Weichert Realtors | Real Estate Professionals and its operator from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from sponsor-provided products, services, or prize fulfillment.
⏳ Prize Fulfillment
- Prizes must be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe
- Delays must be clearly communicated
Non-Redemption:
Unclaimed or unused prizes are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit
📱 Platform Compliance
Sponsors must comply with the terms and policies of all platforms used for promotion or engagement, including:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X, SnapChat, NextDoor, Discord, Pinterest, Google, Reddit
📉 No Guarantee of Performance
Coastal Giveaway does not guarantee:
- Exposure
- Engagement
- Customer acquisition
- Business results
Participation is at the sponsor’s own discretion and risk.
🧠 System Integrity
To protect fairness and trust:
- All prizes are subject to review
- Sponsor activity may be monitored
- Misleading offers, abuse, or manipulation may result in removal
🛡️ Conduct & Enforcement
Zero tolerance for:
- Harassment
- Spam or abuse
- Misrepresentation
- System manipulation
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Loss of points or prizes
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Sponsor removal
⚠️ Revocation of Sponsorship
Sponsorship may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its reputation.
⚙️ Platform Authority
Coastal Giveaway reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny sponsors
- Modify prize structures
- Adjust visibility, placement, or presentation of offers
- Remove any sponsor, user, content, or offer at its sole discretion
All decisions regarding sponsor participation, prize eligibility, fulfillment, and enforcement are final.
🔁 Prize Substitution
Prizes may be substituted with equal or greater value if necessary.
🌎 Availability
Participation may be limited or restricted based on location or applicable laws.
💬 Communication Guidelines
Sponsors may not engage in excessive, unsolicited, or inappropriate communication with participants outside of normal prize fulfillment or approved promotional activity.
⚡ Force Majeure
Coastal Giveaway and sponsors are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, supply issues, or government actions.
🛡️ Intellectual Property
All platform content, systems, branding, and materials associated with Coastal Giveaway & Weichert Realtors | Real Estate Professionals remain the property of the platform operator and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
